For simple health-related questions, such as illness and symptoms, medicine dosages, and other developmental concerns, our website is an excellent resource sourced from the American Academy of Pediatrics and other well-respected protocols.
If you need health forms, immunization records, etc., we offer a Patient Portal through our website to simplify the request and dissemination of this documentation. You can also use our Patient Portal to ask non-urgent care questions, and receive practice updates and messages via a secure system.
Most importantly, we want your child to get the care they need without waiting in an emergency room unnecessarily.
If your child is sick and in of need care right away, we offer
same-day appointments and
walk-in visit hours daily. When concerns arise after hours, call our office and a triage nurse from Children’s Mercy Hospital will talk with you, and if necessary, get you in touch with the physician on call.
