We have an acceptional group of physicians to choose from. You know your child best! Click the button below to visit our team page, and select which provider you would like to see prior to calling us. 

We have some information we would like you to review prior to scheduling an appointment with us. 

If you have confirmed your insurance is in network with our practice, and you have chosen a provider, please call us to schedule your prenatal appointment with us. You may reach us at 913-906-0900, and select option #3. Our New Patient Coordinator will return your call by the next business day. We are so excited to have you join PCS!

Upon discharge from the hospital, call our office to schedule your baby's first appointment. Most of the time, this will be 2 days after hospital discharge, but occasionally the doctors will recommend a visit the next day. Please contact our office as soon as you know you'll be heading home from the hospital. You may reach us at 913-906-0900, and select option #3. Someone from our newborn team will assist you.

Once you have scheduled the appointment please complete step #5 listed below. 

We need a copy of your child's past medical history and immunization record prior to their first appointment. You can find the forms needed if you click here

Once you fill out the medical records release form, please email it to: medrecords@pedcarespecialists.com

Please be aware that under federal (HIPAA) and state laws, your previous medical provider may charge a "reasonable, cost-based fee" to copy your children's medical records. This cost is your responsibility. This fee may be waived if records are sent directly to our office.
