I decided to find a new pediatrician for my daughter after not being completely satisfied with the care she received from a different practice. I am so thankful I switched and wish I would have done it sooner. From the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted with kindness and warmth from the front desk, nurses, and Dr. Martin. As a first time mom, I have lots of questions and concerns and Dr. Martin took the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience so far!

We did not start out with Pediatric Care Specialists but were referred by a friend and BOY, OH BOY, I'm glad we made the switch when our kiddo was 9 months old because I had no idea how wonderful a pediatric office could be! We have made many trips since we started for wellness checks and at least 3 or 4 trips to walk-in clinic. Every. Single. Person. is. INCREDIBLE! From the phone calls, smiling faces at the front desk, caring nurses and above and beyond providers. BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! The clinic is large and CLEAN, never a long wait, easy check-in, easy to get a hold of and quick call backs with close monitoring to your kiddo's care and seriously, the providers are amazing. My husband and I are both in health care and have a higher expectation and Pediatric Care Specialists EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS. Shout outs to Nurse Practitioner Amy Higgason and Dr. Alicia Wolfe, these incredible women have been a godsend when it comes to my son's care and we are so grateful.

Every staff member we have interacted with at PCS has been amazing. From newborn and breastfeeding support to toddler checkups and walk-ins, they always take time to listen. Our kids feel comfortable and even ask when they will be going to the doctor next because it is such a great experience. Thank you for the great care PCS, but especially Dr. Martin.

We switched to Pediatric Care Specialist when my oldest child was just under 2 years old. Dr Davis is our primary doctor. She is kind and knowledgeable. Her bedside manner has all of my kids saying they love going to the doctor! She always makes me feel heard and understood. I am so grateful for her care and attention to my family’s well-being!Their daily walk in hours have contributed in such a positive way to my family. All of the practitioners are outstanding. With four young children it’s difficult to arrange our schedule. If one wakes up sick I know I have plenty of flexible hours to be seen any day of the week. My child gets the care they need to feel better sooner, and I get the peace of mind knowing care is available when we need it. Newborn appointments included lots of time to ask questions and receive resources.

We transitioned to this office when our previous pediatrician shut their doors for months at the start of COVID and we couldn’t be happier! Every single physician and nurse we have interacted with is beyond amazing.

Friendly staff and amazing Dr's that truly take the time to listen to you and your concerns but most importantly your children. Your visit is never rushed. Dr. Schloegel has been our pediatrician for over 14 years and he is simply the best!

We are extremely happy with our experience with Dr. Stacey VanVliet, MD and her nurse Jamie! Dr. VanVliet is personable, caring, professional and doesn’t miss anything that was discussed/planned in the visit!! I highly recommend her for your children’s pediatrician! We also had a great experience with the company itself…at the time of scheduling, check in, and check out. Jamie, nurse, was also very caring, personable, patient and had great bedside manner. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

My husband took our son there today for the first time. Our son saw Dr. Jason Wichman, M.D. My husband was very impressed with how fast the front desk staff members were to get our son into the exam room. He said that all staff members were very friendly and helpful. Our son LOVED Dr. Wichman, and especially loved his sense of humor. Our son had been a bit nervous about seeing a new doctor, but Dr. Wichman put him at ease. I highly recommend this medical practice and Dr. Wichman in particular.

Love Dr. Wolfe! Excellent care and very nice facility and staff. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. They are kind, considerate, tremendously knowledgeable, unbelievably quick to respond and obviously truly take pride in what they do! You will NOT find a pediatric practice that takes better care of their patients. They are incredibly resourceful and willing to spend time to listen and hear your concerns. Dr. Davis has made us feel so welcome since day one and I cannot praise her and her staff enough! My husband and I both practice in the medical field and we are continually AMAZED by the fantastic care our girls receive here!

This is, without question, the best pediatric practice in town. The wait is ALWAYS minimal, the staff members are friendly and warm and Dr. Bray has called me after hours on several occasions when the topic was time sensitive. They go far above and beyond the standard to provide the best care possible. We will be SO SAD when our boys 'age out' !!

Everyone on staff is knowledge and kind. I have had other doctor offices refuse to see my child for a common cold due to covid symptoms. However, this office has daily walk in hours for sick visits without an appointment! I am impressed that a nurse is alway available to take my questions over the phone. I am beyond satisfied with the office policies and procedures.

We’ve gone here since 2004. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my kids. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable.

Doctor Martin has been the doctor for both of our boys and we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention they receive at this practice by Doctor Martin and all the staff.

We have been taking my son to Dr. Wichman since birth - spring of 2020. Our experience has been great. We appreciate the evidence-based approach (as well as his knowledgeable use of judgement) and his gentle and fun interactions with our son. Also, he has been more than patient with me as I anxiously rattle off new-mom questions! Mindy, the lactation consultant, is another member of their staff I’ve spent a lot of time with. She is suuuuuuch a great asset to their team. She, likewise, was gentle and patient while fielding my endless and anxious new-mom questions. And because of her I was able to meet my goal of exclusively breastfeeding my son. This team is very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m so happy we chose PCS for our kiddo’s healthcare!

My son sees Dr Davis, she is the best. She Is patient, listens attentively, and always willing to help my son feel better. We always leave the office with a smile. The front staff and the nurses are courteous and pleasant. Great environment and people.
