Dr. Robert Schloegel is a dedicated Pediatrician, born and raised in Kansas City. Growing up in a large family, his love for children ignited early, leading him to a career in pediatrics. After graduating from Rockhurst High School, he pursued his medical degree at the University of Missouri, Columbia. He further honed his skills during his pediatric residency at Children’s Mercy Hospital.

A firm believer in the power of an active lifestyle and nutritious diet, Dr. Schloegel is not just your average Pediatrician, he’s a wellness enthusiast. When he’s not busy putting his medical expertise to use for the benefit of our youngest patients, you’ll find him chasing the adrenaline rush in a wide spectrum of outdoor activities.

A dedicated athlete, he is an avid runner, often seen sprinting across local tracks or participating in marathons. He is a lifelong runner and triathlete and most recently enjoys engaging in spirited rounds of pickleball.

Dr. Schloegel strongly advocates for incorporating exercise and wholesome nutrition into daily routines as a means to ensure overall wellness. He is passionate about empowering his young patients and their parents with the knowledge and tools needed to live a healthy, active life. With his unique blend of medical expertise and zest for a healthy lifestyle, he is not only prescribing medicine, but also delivering a dose of motivation to keep our young patients and their families healthy and happy. 

Dr. Schloegel is accepting new patients.  His days in the office are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
